Think Pink Treasury

Earlier today I noticed the Treasury section of etsy looked like it might open up tonight so I could create my own treasury. I have tried for months now and it is always full. The Treasury is where you present a themed selection of etsy items from other seller's shops. Its really cool and I am so excited I created my first one. :)

Today we went to New Orleans and strolled along Magazine street, then we went to the Freret market. I had a great time and brought home two young tomato plants and a huge amount of fresh, organic dill. Delicious. I will have pictures tomorrow!

Dogs who Sleepwalk

If you are a pet lover, you've probably seen your little buddy passed out sleeping and dreaming. Their little faces wiggle, their legs move, and you can tell they are dreaming. My dogs occasionally slightly bark in their sleep, or grumble. It is so cute.

Here is a video of a dog who is lying on his side sleeping, breaks into a full gallop, then gets up and runs straight into the wall and wakes up. Poor guy! But the dog is okay and the video makes us laugh.

Errands in Westwego

Yesterday we had to run some odd errands in Westwego, and I had my camera as usual.

Being from California this place has become my home and more familiar to me in the last three years, however there are always sights that I see that will always make me look. It is such a different place down here than the concrete jungles of Los Angeles. I do enjoy the beautiful blue skies and lush greenery of South Louisiana though. I don't miss the smog, that's for sure. So I really enjoy snapping pics, especially in the nice weather we have been having.

Hello and welcome to my latest blog. I am a chick webmaster who lives in the south of Louisiana with her husband and two miniature pinschers. My husband and I both run lots of websites, and get to work from home and have a great time. I also do lots of crafting, design jewelry, dye and print on velvet, run tons of blogs, and love to be creative. This is going to be my best and most personal blog site yet. I plan on doing many new things in the future with this personal pet project, and hope to venture into video very soon.
